Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change, and we want to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. Please review our cancellation guidelines below:
Order Cancellations:
- Timing: You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. After this window, the order will begin processing, and cancellation may not be possible.
- How to Cancel: To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team the chat bubble at the bottom right, or email us at [email protected] with your order number and cancellation request.
- After Processing: If the order has already begun processing or has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. In this case, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy for further instructions.
Subscription Cancellations:
- Subscription Plans: If you’ve subscribed to a product or service (e.g., monthly deliveries), you can cancel anytime via your account dashboard.
- Notice Period: Please allow up to 48 hours before the next billing cycle to process the cancellation request. If a payment has already been processed, the cancellation will take effect the following cycle.
Refunds for Cancellations:
- Refund Timeline: Approved cancellations will be refunded within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
- Partial Refunds: For orders that have already shipped but were canceled afterward, we can issue a refund minus any shipping and handling fees once the order is returned.
